The Objective: The project required a structural display exhibit engineered to showcase precision millwork detailing, seamless graphic application, and modular frame construction on the trade show floor.
Client Spotlight: Custom Millwork Fabrication & Structural Display System
To demonstrate high-end structural fabrication at IDS Vancouver, our team engineered a custom modular booth system centered on architectural joinery, rigid frame assemblies, and premium graphic applications.
Custom Architectural Millwork & Door Frame Wall Using advanced CNC routing and in-house wood fabrication, we constructed a multi-panel backwall featuring integrated raised-panel doors, decorative wainscoting, and vertical fluted trim panels. Every section was pre-assembled in-house to guarantee tight tolerances and seamless structural joints.
Modular Display Towers & Direct-to-Substrate Graphics The exhibit featured freestanding, modular frame display towers constructed for structural rigidity and fast on-site integration. Sub-panels were finished with direct-to-substrate printed graphics and high-tack vinyl lettering applied flush to the millwork surfaces.
Custom Reception Desk & Integrated Flooring System An in-house painted reception counter anchored the entry footprint, finished with die-cut vinyl logo detailing and installed over a modular interlocking wood-grain flooring deck.
