Managing a Seven-Booth Trade Show Deployment

At Grocery Innovations Canada (GIC), Lionheart successfully designed, fabricated, transported, and installed seven custom exhibit environments simultaneously for some of the grocery industry's most recognizable brands.

This large-scale deployment required precise project management, coordinated logistics, and expertise across multiple fabrication disciplines, including architectural millwork, tension-fabric structures, illuminated displays, and custom 3D props.

Large-Scale Hanging Signage and Overhead Branding

Creating visibility across a busy trade show floor starts from above. Lionheart engineered and installed several large-format hanging structures, including:

  • Multi-tiered tension-fabric hanging signs for Lactalis

  • A large square canopy structure for Nestlé

  • A circular hanging banner for McCain

  • A suspended 3D macaroni feature for Kraft Heinz

These overhead elements helped each exhibitor maximize brand exposure and attract visitors from across the show floor.

Custom Millwork and Architectural Exhibits

To support high visitor traffic and product engagement, Lionheart fabricated a range of custom architectural components tailored to each brand's objectives.

Nestlé

  • Architectural wood-laminate enclosure

  • Precision-cut vinyl graphics and branding

Molson Coors

  • U-shaped LED-lit sampling counters

  • Custom display walls

  • Architectural millwork pillars and branded structures

Unilever

  • Central architectural display tower

  • Modular retail shelving systems

  • Custom reception counter

Lactalis, Tree of Life, and McCain

  • Custom sampling stations

  • Wood-grain reception counters

  • Graphic-wrapped modular display components

3D Props and Illuminated Brand Features

Several exhibits incorporated dimensional elements designed to increase attendee engagement and create memorable brand experiences.

For Kraft Heinz, Lionheart produced a custom 3D macaroni-and-fork display that served as a highly visible photo opportunity and focal point within the booth.

Backlit architectural elements were also integrated throughout the event, including illuminated fascia, edge-lit branding components, and glowing AV towers for both Unilever and Molson Coors.

Results

Executing seven custom trade show environments simultaneously required detailed planning, pre-show coordination, and flawless onsite execution. From large overhead structures to custom millwork and 3D fabrication, Lionheart delivered every exhibit on schedule while maintaining consistent quality across all brands.
